Woven patches are created by weaving threads together to form a design, unlike embroidered patches which are stitched onto a fabric base. Woven laser cut patches are cut by a laser directly along the shape of the design for a clean, sharp edge with no stitched border but slightly less  durable than stitched edges.

Smooth Surface: The weave produces a flatter, less textured finish compared to raised embroidery.
