• Complete this Contact Us form or contact your local CSI rep to place an order.
• Together we will discuss any special requirements you have and provide an official quote.
• Once you place an order and submit your art files, our team will create a virtual for you to proof and approve.
• Once approved, we will begin printing. Each shirt gets reviewed by a real person and edited for quality, color, and placement before leaving our facility.

Decoration & Art Guidelines

T-Shirt logo and artwork files should be jpeg | gif | png | psd | tif | svg | bmp | eps | pdf or webp, less than 15MB Once you place an order and submit your art files, our team will create a virtual for you to proof. Once approved each shirt gets reviewed by a real person and edited for quality, color, and placement.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

CSIwearables printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent with like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn’t use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items. Printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, turn inside-out and use a cool iron. Don’t iron the print. Following these instructions will avoid fading, cracking of the print, and shrinking of the garment which can occur if you wash or dry on a high setting.

Returns

What can be returned: Because our items are made to order, items cannot be returned. However, we will offer a replacement or refund in the unlikely event an item is misprinted, received the wrong color or size, or holes are in the garment. Items to be returned must be new (never worn).
