• All prices and quantities are subject to change without notice

Terms :

• Prepayment is required for all accounts
• Net 30 accounts may be extended, conditional on qualifying (please contact us to request details)
• Net 30 established accounts may pay by cheques only. Credit cards are not accepted for net 30 accounts. A 2.5% processing fee will apply
• Terms for overdue net accounts will automatically revert to prepayment
• Late invoices amounts are subject to a 2.5% late payment charge
• We accept Visa and MasterCard.
• NSF cheques will incur a charge of $50 net

Design Services :

• Contact us to create 6 creative virtuals for your client ($70 fee). When an order is placed we will credit you the design fee. Allow up to 5 business days for creative virtuals.

Decoration Details :

• Pricing includes full color printing

Artwork Requirements :

• Use our design template to create your design. Submit artwork as a Ai, Jpeg or PNG file

Ordering :

Order Approvals :

• We provide an order confirmation for your approval (PDF) and a free proof (JPEG) by email to the indicated email address with every order
• Order will be moved to production after receipt of approval including art, payment information and all order information

Returns :

• We offer a 1-year warranty
• There are no returns on custom luggage

Changes & Cancellations :

• Any changes or modification to an order must be in writing
• Changes and cancellations can be made at no charge, if done before approval
• NO cancellations after approval

Production Time :

• Normal production time is 7 days from approval of the digital proof

Shipping :

• Canadian shipments are FOB Mississauga, Ontario. US shipments are FOB Niagara Falls
• We ship Purolator and UPS Only. The prepaid cost is added to the official order confirmation invoice
• If a different method or courier is required, please inform us. Scheduling will also be the distributor’s responsibility
• Luggit is NOT responsible for delays or damages caused by the courier or any 3rd party service provided after shipments have been picked up by the courier. Shipments are deemed delivered once product leaves our facilities
• Split and drop shipments are provided free of charge provided that each shipment meets the product minimum quantity
