DECORATION & ARTWORK
  • Please provide vectorized artwork
  • EPS, AI (version 10 or lower), CorelDraw, PDF formats are preferred
Artwork Requirements:
  • All art must be in VECTOR format only
  • Purchase order number require in Subject line when emailing artwork
  • Files must be in VECTOR format
  • Files must be converted to curves to ensure correct fonts
  • Photocopies, business cards, letterheads, etc., will be NOT be accepted
  • NO BMP, DOC, GIF, JPG, PSD, TIF or any other form of raster image files
  • Illustrator EPS or CorelDraw CDR files containing embedded jpegs images are NOT acceptable
  • Electronic files - EPS, AI (version 10 or lower), CorelDraw, PDF
ORDERING & RETURNS
  • All orders must be in writing and typed on distributor's letterhead
  • Orders must include contact confirmation email for return order confirmation, products info, shipping address and method, date required and any other applicable information
  • Faxed or emailed orders will be accepted, no verbal orders
  • Both Purchase Order and Artwork should be included together in the same email
  • Repeat orders: We keep artwork and order information on file for 3 years. Please reference your previous PO number
  • Up to 3 art revisions are free of charge, after which, each revision will be charged $25-G
How to Order:
  • On your Purchase Order (PO), please include the email of your main contact for artwork approval, product SKUs, shipping address, date required and any other applicable information
  • Please email your artwork and Purchase Order together to info@thecsigroup.net
  • Repeat orders: We keep artwork and order information on file for 3 years. Please reference your previous PO number or Invoice number
Order Approvals:
  • We send you an order confirmation (PDF) and a free proof (JPEG) by email for your approval with every order
  • Your order will proceed to production once we receive your PO, approval of your art files, and payment confirmation
  • Just a friendly reminder: Orders may be delayed and won't move to production until all approvals are received. We appreciate your prompt attention to this!
Changes & Cancellations:
  • Any changes or modification to an order must be in writing
  • Changes and cancellations can be made at no charge if done before approval
  • Changes and cancellations made after production starts will be invoiced accordingly
Inventory:
  • Orders are subject to inventory availability
Returns:
  • All orders are final once produced
  • Please take a moment to inspect products upon receipt
  • Once your order leaves our facility, any damage or loss is the responsibility of the distributor or carrier. We can’t be held responsible for items after they’ve been picked up by the courier. Once they leave our facility, the goods are considered the property of the distributor
  • If you believe a return, credit, or replacement is warranted, please email info@thecsigroup.net with a detailed explanation of the issue
  • Return claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • If approved, we’ll provide a return authorization number
  • Please note that sending back, refusing, or abandoning a shipment without an approval number does not count as approval.
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by the distributor. Refunds for shipping will be issued if the damage or mistake was due to an error on our part
  • When a return is approved, the product must be in the same condition it was in when it left our facility
  • We may replace the product instead of offering a credit
  • Unfortunately, spec samples cannot be returned
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
  • Normal production time is 3 weeks
  • Exact production time is shown on the order confirmation (PDF) and starts with receipt of all signed approvals
Shipping:
  • We ship Purolator and UPS OR distributor courier number
  • If a different method or courier is required, provide the Completed Waybills and all other shipping documents. Scheduling will also be the distributor’s responsibility
  • We are NOT responsible for delays or damages caused by the courier or any 3rd party service provided after shipments have been picked up by the courier. Shipments are deemed delivered once product leaves our facilities

Samples

How to request a sample:
  • Please contact customer service or your account manager for more information
  • Provided FREE of charge for an allocated quantity and total $ value, depending on the account pricing level and status
  • Additional Spec samples will be billed as follow: EQP product price + $15-G per file
  • No returns/refunds on any samples
  • Shipping is not included. Please provide your courier account number
