Pricing terms

Prices :

  • Prices are effective from Jan-1-2025
  • All prices and quantities are subject to change without notice
  • Prices published on the website supersede catalogs, publications, flyers, offers
  • Prices include 1 location Laser Engraving.
  • Prices are FOB from Mississauga, ON or Niagara Falls, NY
  • Self-promo pricing: EQP retail less 50%
  • Blank pricing: 1st column less 10%
  • Absolute minimum is half of 1st column quantity
  • Decorated orders: Less than minimum charge is $40.00(C)
  • Blank orders: Less than minimum charge is $20.00(C)

Terms :

  • Prepayment is required for most accounts
  • Net 30 accounts are paid by cheque or ETF
  • Net 30 may be extended to qualifying accounts (please contact us to request approval)
  • Visa and MasterCard are accepted with a 2.5% processing fee
  • Late invoices are subject to a 2.5% late payment charge
  • NSF cheques incur a $50 net surcharge
Decoration & Artwork

Decoration :

  • Full Color UV printing on Presidential gift boxes
  • Full Color Branded Ball Markers on Gloves and Accessories
  • All prices include 1 logo artwork
  • For additional logos a set up of $ 30 ( C ) would apply per logo
  • No set up fees are applied for repeat orders

Artwork Requirements :

  • Please provide a vectorized logo or art file as an EPS, AI, PDF or JPEG format
Ordering & Return Policies

How to Order :

  • On your Purchase Order (PO), please include the email of your main contact for artwork approval, product SKUs, shipping address, date required and any other applicable information
  • Please email your artwork and Purchase Order together to info@thecsigroup.net
  • Repeat orders: We keep artwork and order information on file for 3 years. Please reference your previous PO number or Invoice number

Order Approvals :

  • We email you an order confirmation (PDF) and a free proof for your approval
  • Your order will proceed to production once we receive your PO, approval of your proof, and payment confirmation
  • Just a friendly reminder: Orders may be delayed and won't move to production until all approvals are received. We appreciate your prompt attention to this!

Inventory :

  • Orders are subject to availability
  • Top Gluv makes every effort to maintain all items in inventory
  • Top Gluv will notify you of an upgrade or replacement of similar product, if necessary
  • DELETE Inventory is provided on a first come, first serve basis. Inventory can be placed on hold with a written complete purchase order only and should be confirmed by email

Returns :

  • Please inspect your order upon reception
  • Goods damaged or lost after leaving our facilities are the responsibility of the distributor or carrier. Top Gluv will not be responsible for damaged or lost items after an order has been picked up by the courier. Products leaving our facilities are deemed the property of the distributor
  • In the unlikely event of a damaged product, please contact info@thecsigroup.net within 30 days of delivery
Production & Shipping

Production Time :

  • Normal production time is 3 weeks
  • Exact production time is shown on the order confirmation (PDF) and starts with receipt of all signed approvals
  • Top Gluv will not be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete orders, late approvals, orders held by credit, or any delivery delays due to courier
  • RUSH production may be available at no charge. Please indicate RUSH on the PO and the in the email subject line. All approvals must be received within 2 hours after
  • The order confirmation and proof are emailed

Shipping :

  • Canadian shipments are FOB Mississauga, Ontario. US shipments are FOB Niagara Falls
  • We ship Purolator and UPS Only. The prepaid cost is added to the official order confirmation invoice
  • If a different method or courier is required, please inform us. Scheduling will also be the distributor’s responsibility
  • Top Gluv is NOT responsible for delays or damages caused by the courier or any 3rd party service provided after shipments have been picked up by the courier. Shipments are deemed delivered once product leaves our facilities
  • Split and drop shipments are provided free of charge provided that each shipment meets the product minimum quantity
Samples

SPEC Samples :

  • Branded Samples are provided FREE of charge but distributor is required to provide courier number for shipping
  • Additional samples can be ordered at 50 % off
  • No returns/refunds on any samples
