It includes a convenient rear ON/OFF button and comes with a large hand strap for easy handling. Powered by 3 AAA batteries (included), this flashlight is available in green, blue, black, and red. Customize it with laser engraving on an area of 1.20" x 0.42". Optional tin box packaging is available for an additional fee. Dimensions: 3.60" x 1.00".

Terms :
  • Prepayment is required for most accounts

  • Visa and MasterCard are accepted with a 2.5% processing fee
  • Late invoices are subject to a 2.5% late payment charge
  • NSF cheques incur a $50 net surcharge
Decorating :
  • Prices include 1 location laser engraving
  • For a 2nd location laser engraving, add $0.60 (C) running charge and $30-A set up
  • Color UV printing is available on most products and packaging. Add $ 80.00 ( A ) setup plus $ 0.80 ( A ) per unit for printing and $ 1.20 ( A ) per unit for packaging
  • 3 art revisions are free of charge. Additional changes are subject to a $15-G revision fee
Artwork :
  • Please provide vectorized artwork
  • EPS, AI (version 10 or lower), CorelDraw, PDF formats are preferred
How to Order :
  • On your Purchase Order (PO), please include the email of your main contact for artwork approval, product SKUs, shipping address, date required and any other applicable information
  • Please email your artwork and Purchase Order together to info@thecsigroup.net
  • Repeat orders: We keep artwork and order information on file for 3 years. Please reference your previous PO number or Invoice number
Order Approvals :
  • We send you an order confirmation (PDF) and a free proof (JPEG) by email for your approval with every order
  • Your order will proceed to production once we receive your PO, approval of your art files, and payment confirmation
  • Just a friendly reminder: Orders may be delayed and won't move to production until all approvals are received. We appreciate your prompt attention to this!
Inventory :
  • Orders are subject to availability; we do our best to keep items in stock
  • While we strive to have all products available, occasionally items may be out of stock
  • In some cases, we may offer an upgrade or a similar replacement product to keep things moving
  • To hold an item, simply send us a complete purchase order in writing, and we’ll confirm the hold by email.
  • Please note, held inventory will be automatically canceled after 4 days if we don’t receive a PO.
Returns :
  • All orders are final once produced
  • Please take a moment to inspect products upon receipt
  • Once your order leaves our facility, any damage or loss is the responsibility of the distributor or carrier. We can’t be held responsible for items after they’ve been picked up by the courier. Once they leave our facility, the goods are considered the property of the distributor
  • If you believe a return, credit, or replacement is warranted, please email info@thecsigroup.net with a detailed explanation of the issue
  • Return claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • If approved, we’ll provide a return authorization number
  • Please note that sending back, refusing, or abandoning a shipment without an approval number does not count as approval.
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by the distributor, and refunds for shipping will only be issued if the damage or mistake was due to an error on our part
  • When a return is approved, the product must be in the same condition it was in when it left our facility
  • Simplex reserves the right to replace the product instead of offering a credit
  • Unfortunately, spec samples cannot be returned
Changes and Cancellations :
  • Any changes or modifications to an order should be submitted by email
  • You can make changes or cancellations at no charge before approval.
  • Cancellations after approval of the proof will incur a $30 fee.
Production Time :
  • Typical production time is 7 business days
  • Your exact production time will be provided once we receive your PO, payment and approved artwork
  • Please note that Simplex can't be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete orders, late approvals, credit holds, or any delivery delays due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances
  • We're happy to offer RUSH production at no extra charge for laser engraving on 1st-3rd column quantities! Just be sure to mention 'RUSH' on your PO and in the email subject line. To keep things moving smoothly, please submit all approvals within 2 hours of receiving the order confirmation and proof.
Shipping :
  • Canadian shipments are FOB Mississauga, Ontario. US shipments are FOB Niagara Falls, NY
  • We ship via Purolator and UPS, unless otherwise instructed
  • Shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice
  • You are welcome to provide your own courier number
  • If pick up or a different courier is required, please let us know when placing your order along with applicable details
  • Split and drop shipments are provided free of charge provided that each shipment meets the product minimum quantity
  • While we take great care in preparing your order, Simplex is not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the courier or third-party services once the shipment has been picked up. Shipments are considered delivered once they leave our facility
  • Simplex branded samples are free up to a certain quantity and value, based on your account pricing and status. Contact customer service for more details
  • A cost of EQP-25% applies to additional samples
  • Sorry! No returns/refunds on samples
  • Please provide your courier account number for shipping
  • Preproduction samples (laser engraving) charge is $15-G plus product cost + shipping. The $15-G will be credited when order is approved
